FROM THE GUEST EDITOR, 2019, SUPPLEMENT 1

ABSTRACT
This issue is prepared primarily to enlightenment of the recent scientific achieve-ments in the field of Recent Advances in Numerical and Computational Mathematics in Fluid Flow and Thermal Processes in engineering that was supported by Istanbul Gelisim University, which is among the biggest foundation university in Turkey. The issue aims to explain the importance of Recent Advances in Numerical and Computational Mathematics in Fluid Flow and Thermal Processes and its necessities in the world engineering society. Moreover, issue contains original papers related to fractional calculus with appli-cations, statistics and its applications, group preserving scheme, conservation laws, spectral methods, fluid dynamics, boundary value problems, electromagnetism, heat and mass trans-fers, structural mechanics, semiconductor modelling, ordinary and partial differential equa-tions and their solutions, raised in thermal processes. There are more high quality and mathematically strong papers, which are the base of heat and fluid transfer in journal of Thermal Sciences. The 41 original scientific papers selected among large amount of manuscripts, af-ter careful peer review process according to criteria of Thermal Science journal. I am grateful to Prof. Dr. Simeon Oka, Editor-in-Chief Emeritus and Dr. Vukman Bakić, Editor-in-Chief of Thermal Science journal and Prof. Dr. Milan Radovanović, President of the Society of Thermal Engineers of Serbia, for all professional supports, contributions and recommendations, during all this period.
