In this paper, non-linear frequency-modulated (the logarithmic sweep) thermal excitation is used to carry out finite element simulation and experimental research. In order to investigate how different detection process parameters affect defects, the impact of different detection parameters on the surface temperature difference and contrast is analyzed, and the detection parameters that can quickly identify defects and have better recognition effect are obtained.
