An experiment was designed by using an electronic dynamic monitoring device to record the temperature, time and pressure of non-metallic medical instruments of different materials in the process of pressure steam sterilization. The results show that the medical instruments with wood or silica gel materials, especially those with lumen structure, are prone to temperature delay, resulting in insufficient sterilization time and greater safety risks.
