AB - This article explores the impact of high-standard farmland construction  policy on green and low-carbon agricultural development, such policy has  been ignored in literature from the perspective of policy evaluation and it  is a promising cure for global warming. The effectiveness and impact  mechanism of policy implementation are analyzed, it concludes that the  policy significantly reduces agricultural carbon emissions by 12.3%, which  benefits from the improvement of agricultural production efficiency. This  paper opens a new window for policy-making for modern agriculture and the  momentous challenge of the global warming.
