For quantitative measurement of temperature fields, the method of optical holography was used in combination with the method of gradient thermometry, based on the refractive index dependence on the properties of hydrogel systems of different concentrations and temperatures. Under the conditions of the thermophysical properties changes of hydrogels, as well as the magnitude of the supplied heat flow, the heating features are studied in order to determine the coefficients of thermal conductivity and heat capacity, as well as the thermal conditions for the occurrence of convective flows near the wall heated from below in such systems.
