The mini-oven that was used previously could only reach the maximum temperature of 800°C, which is far too low for evaporating most metals. For this purpose, a higher operating-temperature of 1500°C was needed. Our study focuses on numerical finite element method analysis of the temperature distribution of newly designed mini-oven.
