Unlike the well-known direct procedure originally established by Parker et al. and its variations, this one belongs to the so-called inverse technique, which makes use of the complete measured signal. Paper describes how to achieve minimum deviation between estimated and experimental curves and to obtain more accurate results proposing an estimation procedure with extended number of parameters in three steps.
