The theoretical and experimental analyses were carried out to study formation mechanism of highly aligned nanofibers using the modified bubble electrospinning. The results showed the modified bubble electrospinning could decrease the nanofiber diameter, enhance the diameter distribution, and improve the nanofiber alignment.
