Research on inspection and certification industry based on dissipative structure theory

ABSTRACT
The paper discusses dissipative structure of inspection and certification industry from the angle of openness, non-equilibrium, nonlinearity and random fluctuation. Then the paper puts forward some suggestions for developing the inspection and certification industry based on dissipative structure theory.
