AB - Hot compress is a commonly used method to deal with various eye diseases, but  its bio-mechanism is not clear yet. Here we give a complete theoretical  analysis of thermal therapy. The increase of temperature will greatly  improve the metabolic activity of the infected eyes and decrease remarkably  the longevity of virus. The optimal temperature and period of hot compress  are discussed, and some case studies are provided.
