AB - The location of mudstone rock formations as a repository of radioactive  materials has attracted great attention from the international rock  mechanics community. In this paper, the strain and thermal expansion  coefficient of mudstone during the heating and constant temperature stages  are studied through experiments. The results can provide a scientific basis  for the design and safety protection of related projects.
