AB - A direct approach to fabrication of nanoporous fibers via bubble  electrospinning is demonstrated. Solvent evaporation is a key factor for  nanopore formation, and a theoretical model is established and analyzed. The  paper elucidates a theoretical basis for the controllable preparation of  nanoporous fibers.
